xbox live rep

so the other day my rep changed to needs work and then the next day it changed to avoid me. I didnt know y till i looked it up and it said xbox is supposed to message me with a warning first before the transition but yet i never received any type of message
at all. So much for xbox being fair........

New reputation system

we will stop playing xbox live because what microsoft said was

If your rep gets too low they will stop things like twitch etc etc.

How can they threaten us with taking things away we pay for xbox live and its not our fault they rep system is flawed.

 

Problem with 3 month xbox live gold suscription

Since the sales rep said it comes with three months of XBOX LIVE GOLD ask the rep to tell you how to get it. If the sales rep does not know, then tell the manager. Do not allow them to tell you to contact XBOX LIVE SUPPORT since the rep made a promise to
you, it is their responsibility to follow through.

The xbox live reputation system is supposed to be able to filter out unwarranted reports (i.e if someone reports you for no reason it doesn't affect your rep). This however, is far from the truth. The reputation system is extremely easy to abuse and literally
all someone has to do is report you for cheating when you beat them and the system sees the report as legitimate.

When it comes to messaging the enforcement team investigate it themselves, but for every other report they rely on this deeply flawed and easily abused system.
