Xbox Live renewed but stopped working

Hello, so I renewed my Xbox live about two weeks ago for 6 months. It worked fine up until a couple days ago. Now when I try to play a game or join a party it tells me to renew my membership. Then when I go to my memberships menu it says that my membership
expires in August. I have live and renewed it just as I always have, and it is well past the day it originally expired before I renewed it so I Am totally clueless as to what’s going on.

EA Access Subscription Not Working

Did you ever get a solve for this? Mine have auto-renewed as well and Xbox Live is working but EA Access isn't?

If an Xbox Live account is permabanned the subscription tied to that account is cancelled. So it sould stop charging for the renewal.

Removing the card will stop the auto renewal of Xbox live yes.

You need the email for the account to gain access.

To stop auto renewal you can simply sign in online (on this website), select "My Account", and it will tell your current subscription to xbox live and give you the option to deactivate auto renewal.
