Xbox Live Regions

Recently saw on twitter that Microsoft claims to have a "players first" philosophy, which makes me think, how come they say this when all the users outside their "compatible" regions are getting leftovers from what Microsoft Xbox really brings. Microsoft
only have 42 compatible countries while the whole world has 194 countries. That means, Microsoft is only covering the 22% of the world, sadly I am posting this since I am part of the 78% left. We have to pay inflated prices for hardware, we don't have the
same support as US citizens do, we don't have Microsoft rewards, we have to fake our regions to be able to play, but what annoys me the most is, we have to pay the same price for subscriptions but we don't get all the benefits of it, why a US citizen can get
Spotify, and all the perks available paying the same price that I do but I only have 2 perks TOTAL available to claim? Why I am not getting this if I am paying the same price as they do? Where is the "players first" philosophy in this? Maybe US players first,
then UK players, etc... When is Microsoft expanding to all over the world and why haven't been done yet? I doubt Microsoft can rely only on US players, they need us the same as we need them.
