Xbox Live region doesn't change [bug]

Hello. Yesterday i have changed my region from italy to united states on my android phone and the region has not changed. I had waited 24hours and the language on my daahboard its still italian. On my console settings/language and locale its set english
and united states. So why the account did not migrated? I have receivedd an email which confirms the migration but why its not done? So im asking for an superior support here because i dont want to wait another 3 months for just a bug in xbox server systems.

Online safety settings

I've tried to change them in settings/privacy but it doesn't keep the changes. I can change them, but it doesn't save the changes. I think there may be something wrong with xbox live in my region?

Have you deleted your profile and recovered it?

FYI it can take 30days to complete the migration

The result is the same, nothing changed. Last time when i make the region change it was made in less than 15 minutes.

thats not related

if the ms account region doesn't match the xbox live account region it causes an error

what the section tells you to do is change the ms account region to match the xbox live region

that doesn't affect the xbox live region he would still have an american account and his canadian email can only be changed to a us email

A new code won't work

They aren't region locked

360 games are hovever region locked

To solve this is all on you

You must first live in an xbox live region

Then match your account region to your actual regiom

Under my account and change my region on this website

After that change your account region to match

Using the us as your region doesn't work unless you actually live there

It doesn't matter if you change your console region it must be the acount region and that can only be changed every 3 months

And yes it must be your physical region

The code is universal so unless you live in an Germany China or japan or non xbox live regions then they will work as long as you meet the criteria

Also your console must be changed to the correct region
