    Can’t find Xbox Live redemption code

    I have the same issue did you resolve this? Paid £39.99 on 29th Dec. It was taken twice and 1 refunded but no redemption code so they still owe me £39.99 but I'm getting nowhere with them. I've checked with bank and it was definitely taken twice on the
    same day with one refunded on the same day?

    Xbox live account is lit working

    first Xbox live charged me for a month even though I turned auto renew off then 4 days after is now saying I don’t have Xbox live and hasn’t refunded my bank account or anything ?

    Well I was apparently wrong about my bank refunding my money. Just this evening they've taken the money refunded back from me. I guess because they haven't been able to get the case sorted out with the investigation team at xbox live that it was actually
    unauthorized and not me trying to scam them. So now I'm out of $130 some dollars and a xbox live account. I was annoyed before. Now I'm just kinda pissed off.
