Should have told him no cash refund, but we will put the funds towards 130 years of Xbox Live Gold subscriptions. Youre welcome.

 

Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
down to only $48.99 each.

I am sorry about the services that you are given but if you haven't heard that Xbox Live has been and is still being DDoS'd (Distributed Denial Of Service). Microsoft employee's are trying their best to up the security so we won't have any problems. Microsoft
doesn't normally give refunds, if you would like to try you can call the Microsoft support line at 1-800-4my-xbox.

 

For paying around $60 or more a year per person we shouldn't be having these issues in the first place.

And now those brats are promising to end xbox live on xmas.

 

the only way to fix this is actually go outside or play offline games blame the people on twitter that keep retweting them if everyone ignored them theyed go away

 

As a longtime gamer and supporter of xbox and its products and customer service, I have to regretibly say that if this is true about the canceling of xbox live for 360 for major boost of sales it will be a tragedy for my family and I and a very large dedicated
group of 360 gamers from the poor to the rich. I made the switch years ago from PS to XBOX and I have loved my experience up until these recent events.

I can only sign into live briefly and then nothing. No network trouble and I have not fooled with settings. PLEASE FIX SOON microsoft!!

 

The issue was sorted a few days ago. If you are still facing the issue with not being able to connect, then it has sth to do with either your account or your connection.

And regarding the compensation itself. You guys are all xbox users. So it kind means that you have read the ToU through. If not make sure to do so:

Well none of my friends have any issues with signing in and playing at this point. Neither do I.
