    Xbox Live refund but continuing the Membership?


    So, I'm not sure if anyone can help me with this issue,

    But I'm currently paying with the 3 month renewal for my Xbox Live subscription, and I believe I've been overcharged by Microsoft? It processed £15 from my bank account on the 1/10/16, and just processed another £15 today (29/11/16)

    Can someone look into this?

    Because if possible I want a refund on the latest transaction, but continuing my membership until January 2017, when it should expire.

    Should have told him no cash refund, but we will put the funds towards 130 years of Xbox Live Gold subscriptions. Youre welcome.

    No worries. If you are keeping the 360 up and running then her membership will continue on for the rest of the time but it will not be added to yours on the Xbox One.

    There was a time when phone support was taking requests to have extra time on Gold memberships refunded but I don't think they are doing that anymore. However, if the purchase was made recently and online instead of a code purchased from a store you may
    be able to get a refund. If you call phone support you can discuss possibilities with them.

    Refund my Xbox Live Gold Membership till you can sort this crap out. I always buy 1 Year Membership so where's my refund. Otherwise going to Playstation 4 were even the Home Page is smoother than the Xbox.

    if you did it correctly you should have gotten the free 30 day gold trial if not then your silver

    - Sign up for Xbox Live Silver.

    - Choose Xbox Live Silver Membership for $0.00 even if you like to have Xbox Live Gold.

    - It will ask you if you are sure you want to continue with only the Silver Membership.

    - Choose the "Keep Silver" option to continue with the set-up.

    - Then it will inform you that you are now eligible for a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold Membership.

    - Enjoy the free trial and make sure to keep the upgraded Gamertag account.
