Xbox live redeemed and stopped working two weeks later

I had recently renewed a year long xbox live membership around late february, and just about two weeks later ran out of gold. was hoping someone could help me out here. this is definitely a glitch i would like fixed shortly. Microsoft if you could contact
me that would be amazing, thank you

Xbox live Error

Hey guys

I recently bough a few xbox live 7day trials cause they were cheap on a website

and yeah they worked all fine...but i redeemed the codes all at once

and now it stopped working after like 1 week while i should still have 50days of live

any help?

2 week Gold Account that came with xbox one not working

So, I just contacted Xbox Support with the following problem and they asked if I could post the problem in the forums (for some reason).

I've bought an xbox one and it came with a two week xbox live gold trial. I entered the code on my xbox one and at first it looked like it was working. After rebooting the console however it stopped working. When I log in to the xbox website it also doesn't
show up and I can't see the transaction in my transactions overview on microsoft's commerce site.

At Xbox support they checked the code which showed up as redeemed by me.

removing your profile (please ensure you remember your account email and password before doing this step),

power cycling your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back in. Did that solve the issue?

I have a different issue i bought a Xbox gold live card and redeemed it it was working for two days then bam just stopped working what do I do

Yep, I have the Complete on my consoles. The nice thing is the expedited shipping. One of my Kinect units just stopped working about a week after I got it and had a replacement in my hand two days later. +1

For me it already has been over two weeks since it has stopped working. The last E-mail that I received was at lunchtime Saturday two weeks ago UK time.

What the heck is so screwed up that it takes over two weeks to fix. Why can't they take the forums off-line to fix it like the admins of other forums do when things break down on their forums?
