Xbox Live redeem code error

Having trouble redeeming a 12 month Xbox Live code I bought from CDkeys. The code itself works and it shows me the 12 months gold when I type the code in, so its nothing to do with CDkeys, but after pressing confirm, it comes up with an error " Try that
again " Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. Just another textbook Microsoft error here. A Few stuff I've tried include a reset and of course waiting a bit neither was sucsessful.

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

If you get this message and error code, it means that the prepaid code that you’re trying to redeem on Xbox LIVE has already been redeemed. A problem with your connection to Xbox LIVE may have prevented you from receiving confirmation when you initially
redeemed the code.

Sorry for the issue with your code. So you redeemed a Xbox live code on your phone? When you try and play grand theft auto it wont allow you to? Do you get an error saying you need live? Make sure you are logged onto the same account as you redeemed the
code on.

Check this and please provide any error what site you redeemed code on.

ok on the xbox checked subscription only showing xbox live gold (current) and old game pas subscriptions nothing new

been chatting with microsoft gamers chat and they sent me a link to redeem code at microsoft in the right xbox live account

this time got a error code not found first time getting this error

so far have tried to redeem code once on xbox twice on desktop
