xbox live redeem code already used

i recently bought a xbox live code and it says its already been used tried it on xbox and on Microsoft's website and i cant get into the support chat because the personal information box's are greyed out so i have no idea what to do?

Microsoft's redeem feature gave me this code not sure if it means anything

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

Free saga redeem code not working

The digital code that "xbox live" send with the codes to redeem the complete Gears of War saga have an issue, the code to redeem gears of war 2 wont work, i got the message that the code was already used, the codes for the other games are working.

If it's a trial.coce that would be why

Trial codes do not give you full gold only temporary multuplayer access not.ranked games

I am currently in the preview & ambassador. I got my codes from Xbox Live message. I redeemed them but they never queued up for install or download. When i go back to redeem the codes from the xbox live message it says that the codes are already in use.
Is there anyway to send new codes?

If you get this message and error code, it means that the prepaid code that you’re trying to redeem on Xbox LIVE has already been redeemed. A problem with your connection to Xbox LIVE may have prevented you from receiving confirmation when you initially
redeemed the code.

As per Microsoft if the code has been redeemed already "If you’re getting a message that your code has already been redeemed, make sure that you didn’t already redeem the code yourself, possibly under a different gamertag or Microsoft account. If you live in a household where others have access to your codes, check that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else."
