    Olá, há algum tempo atrás passei um tempo no EUA, e eu estava com uma estrela VIP no programa XBL Rewards estava ganhando recompensas normalmente, sou membro Gold, mas quando voltei para o Brasil, mudei minha região do xbox também, minha estrela VIP sumiu!Poderiam
    resolver meu problema?

    Hello, some time ago I lived in the US, and I had 1 VIP star on XBL Rewards program, i was earning rewards usually am Gold member, but when I returned to Brazil, I changed my xbox region also, and now my VIP star disappeared !

    Could solve my problem?

    My subscription will be 4 years old.

    I participate in xbox live rewards since 04/10/14, however, I have 0 credits!

    Xbox live rewards says:

    Renew your signature and earn rewards;

    Make achievements and earn rewards;

    Buy live games and earn rewards;

    Among other things,

    Now I ask for xbox live rewards.

    Because I never won credits, if I always buy games by live?

    Is there a problem with my subscription?

    Minha assinatura vai completar 4 anos.

    Eu participo do xbox live recompensas desde 04/10/14, porem, tenho 0 creditos!

    xbox live recompensas diz:

    renove sua assinatura e ganhe recompensas;

    realize conquistas e ganhe recompensas;

    compre jogos pela live e ganhe recompensas;

    entre outras coisas,

    Agora eu pergunto para xbox live recompensas.

    porque eu nunca ganhei creditos, se eu sempre compro jogos pela live?

    Minha assinatura tem algum problema?
