XBOX Live re-connecting every hour

Hi,

for the past 2-3 weeks my xbox has been disconnecting from xbox live and re-connecting within about 5 seconds. It happens approximately every hour.

It has worked fine up until now, I didn't change ANY settings when it worked fine. It seems that this issue started occurring after installing windows 10, or a few days after. I have literally tried so many steps and the problem is still the same, it's getting
so frustrating. My connection is wired, NAT type open, ports forwarded, it has been for months now, with no issues.

Just as a side note, my xbox is wired to my range extender, of which I have 3 of. The connection works perfectly fine, no lag whatsoever and never goes below 3 bars, using fibre optic internet aswell. This problem is only occurring with my xbox one. I've
tried many games on my pc and I never lose connection.

There's something which doesn't make sense, it's like the IP is renewing itself every hour, causing my xbox to disconnect for a very short time.

I have tried multiple steps, hard resetting my router, my console, re-pairing my range extenders, going offline, restarting and going online again, clearing my MAC address aswell.

I have absolutely no issues connecting to xbox live, the connection is always great, but then, as if a timer has gone off, the xbox goes offline for not more than 5 seconds and reconnects.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm so frustrated, it's not that bad playing games like black ops, as the match is usually short length-wise, however I can't play a single full game of zombies, nor complete a heist in GTA.

Xbox live market place issues

im trying to re-download add ons for my borderlands game and every time i sign in it tells me some content is unavailable for xbox live, then when i go to the download history and start re downloading after being stuck at 1% for like an hour it tells me
xbox live marketplace isnt available temporarily... any suggestions?
