Xbox live random subscription charges

So about a month ago I got a random charge for xbox live subscription. This was a suprise cause I had subscription that should have stayed there for another few months. I had done hard reset through xbox around that time that might have caused it. After
a month it would have charged me again but it hasnt. If it was my fault than I am open to pay It, but could someone help me on this.
