Xbox live quests October prize not received all of november

I completed all of the quests for October and was told to wait until the end if November for the prize. It is now December and have still not received it. Also, anyway that you will be updating the Xbox live quests to allow us to track our progress rather
than hoping what we are doing is qualifying us for the prizes? This would help a lot when it comes to knowing what is left to complete or finding out things like, 'if Xbox 360 game achievements count as achievements in the Xbox quests or it has to be Xbox
one games.' Not being able to track our progress on our own is extremely frustrating.

November xbox live quest prize

Completed the xbox live quest for November but never received the prize. I got the xbox game pass quest prize on 12/12/2017 but not the other. Completed all requirements for quest.

I was referring to October as well as November and I completed the quests for both AND I've completed December's as well and still not received any prizes or messages notifying me of the completion of the quests.

Hey there,

For the October Xbox Quest, rewards should be sent out 30 days after the Quest has concluded, which in this case should be by the end of November. In addition to earning 6 achievements, you would have also needed to log in to Xbox Live 15 different days
during the month as well as requesting to join 3 clubs. Completing one of the three enters you to win a 4K Samsung TV, however in order to receive a prize you would have needed to complete the other objectives in the Quest.
