Xbox live Quest telling me I am no longer eligible when I have gold

I'm confused by the Xbox live quest right now. The July weekly quests to be exact. When I look at the xbox live quest progress page, it tells me my membership expired and that I'm no longer eligible. My gold doesn't expire until June 2020 as I added many
years to my account a while ago. So no way it expired.

Also the quest between June 19 and July second was reset for me. I added five friend before and saw it showed 100% completion for the challenge, but now says, "get started".

Someone please help me out I don't know why this is happening, my gold did not expire and I added five frind durng the time of the quest. Thank you .

Xbox Live Gold Quest issue.

Hello, I'm looking for some help regarding the Xbox Live Gold Quests: Summer Edition. When I visit the page which displays the challenges for the quests I get a message saying "You are no longer eligible as your membership has expired." Now the issue
I'm having is that my xbox live account has gold on it until October so if I complete these challenges will I be void from winning anything despite actually having gold on my account? Thanks for any help.

Xbox Live Gold Quest says Not Eligible

I have been following the current Xbox Quest Goal, and completed the adding of 5 friends. Then the Quest Website was not working for a while as confirmed by many others. It now tells me "You are no longer eligible as your membership has expired." I entered
my year subscription code days before the previous month was even set to expire for exactly this quest.

I had a feeling that something was up because for the last week, it kept telling me to renew my gold because it was about to expire; however, clicking that sent me to the gold page which clearly said that my subscription ends next June 2019.

I am having a similar problem. My Xbox Live is no longer telling me when people sign on. I get notifications when someone sends me a message but specifically when someone signs online, no notification will come up.

Hi,

When I try to access to online features, it tells me that I no longer have a Xbox Live Gold suscription. But I still have the suscription until january 2020. And when I go to check my suscriptions, it tells me that I have Xbox live gold until january 2020.
But it still tells me I don't have it when I try to go online, with every games and tells me to extend my suscription.

Is there anything to do or should I just wait until it is fixed ?

It is happening with me too. And it is late to talk with microsoft just tomorrow. Please somebody help us. the Live Gold Service is not cheap enouth to fail like this way mainly for who live in Brazil. I hope you can understand my english. Waiting for solution

I am unable to download Dead Space as well. When I try to get it from the Games with Gold section, it just keeps telling me I need to fill out billing information, which I have already done. When I go to the website and try to use the Free with Gold option
in the marketplace, it just keeps telling me the page it sends me to no longer exists.
