xbox live quest site is not keeping track of my "multiplayer hours" played correctly

The 2nd part of July 17 - 30 quest says play multiplayer everyday from july 24 - 30 for an hour. I'm 100% sure I've played over an hour by myself. My brother also played after I went to work so thats for sure over an hour. I know it takes like 2 days for
the site to update but It's waaay past 2 days and it only halfway filled up(on your way). I'm having the same issue with the quest going on now. August 14 - 27, it's just like the july 17 - 30 quest but only 30 minutes of multiplayer instead of 1 hour. Between
me and my brother we played well over 30 minutes a day. But on the site it only says i'm "halfway there". The other parts of the quest show "complete" though.

So is there a glitch with keeping track of the multiplayer hours?

December Xbox Quest Mystery Gift

The Xbox Quest for December included the following goals:

1. Add Xbox Live Gold to Home

2. Play 10 hours of online multiplayer

3. Add 10 new friends

I completed the first and third goals, but I am not sure whether I played 10 hours of multiplayer. I played a combination of Halo 5, Rocket League, and Fortnite, each for approximately 3-4 hours in online multiplayer modes, but I did not track the total
time I played during the month. I am posting here because, in the past, I have not received a mystery gift despite completing the Xbox or Game Pass Quests. If it is possible to determine whether I completed this goal and should have received a reward, it would
be appreciated.

I have completed this Quest yet my status still says just a bit more.

 

Cool so it's not just me then. It's definitely a problem with the sites tracker or quest just screwed up and posted the false stats. Also I finished the last 2 quest already and still haven't gotten any prize yet. Just finishedthe current one like 2 days
ago.

 

Yeah it seems like my gold Quest is still stuck on just a bit more to go. I also noticed we apparently don't have anyone actually looking at our post or responding from an official source. which is
completely wonderful. so far the only prize I've gotten out of this whole thing is a pet in ESO.

 

I've completed the last 3 quest and I haven't received anything yet.

 

UPDATE!!!

OK, so now the quest site is back up and something weird has happened. The status of my quest have switched places lol. What is going on??????? I also haven't received any reward and I should be getting a message by now. HELP!!!!!

 

Well look at that. the same thing happened to me. two of my quest status literally switched places. the one that used to say complete now says a bit more to go and vice versa. this is disgusting.
Microsoft please respond to us and fix your stuff. not only that but hilariously enough there is yet another quest for September. so you would like us to participate in yet another Quest but you haven't fixed our status on the previous one.

 

I think they are going to ignore both of us. Apparently even though we behave properly and did what we were asked we aren't going to get a resolution to this. not only have they moved on
to the Halo game pass Quest but there's also another Quest right behind it where you have to play 30 minutes of 3 indie games.

 

Hello all the information I can find is the basic all rewards from quests go to your message center from xbox live. As far as it switching and such unable to find anything at this time I will keep looking and let you know. Just wanted to lety you know your

yo brad, you have absolutely no idea what is going on with the quest program do you? Are you aware that it's broken. Do you know who runs the quest program?
