    Xbox Live Quest Ineligibility


    When I try to check my xbox live quest progress for April, a message comes up saying that I am ineligible. I believe I have completed all the requirements and I am a current xbox live gold member in good standing according to xbox
    live support. I have also completed quests and won rewards in previous months with no issues. I recently spoke to someone on xbox live support who told me to post here while the offline team looks for a resolution. Is any one else having this issue? Any
    thoughts?

    Hey chicknbag,

    Thanks for the information. Does the 'Ineligibility' error pop up on other browsers? We don't see anything that would cause you specifically to be ineligible. Additionally, try giving it 24-48 hours to see if that progress tracker reflects different information.
