Xbox live quest april

Hello guys I have a question. One of the 3 exercises of the Xbox live quest is to add 5 friends. Thats what i did but anyhow it didnt count for my progress. I tried again and again and again but it still doesnt work. And the other progress (the one to increase
your gamerscore) was on 80% but suddenly it went off to 0%. Could someone help plz.

Xbox quest rewards not received

I completed all Xbox Live quests for the months: March, April, and May. I have not received the mystery rewards for any of these months.

Why am I ineligible?

So I went onto the Xbox Live Quests page to see if I completed my quests for April and it said on there that I am ineligible for that program. Why would I be ineligible? Also, I completed the quests for March and never got anything. Can someone help me?
