hi my name is ian. i just got done chatting with trey on the online support chat and he instructed me to create a post on here. on January 27th i purchased 3 months of xbox live gold. i was informed when i was about to purchase this that on march 15th i
would recieve an additional 3 months for free due to a promotion. i never received this promotion and am now out of xbox live. he instructed me to add this code here 1424331340 to help with the process.

So it Seems MS is using the slogan Jump ahead again

Jump in was for Xbox Live. It was promoting people to get online and play. It was a new thing at the start of Xbox 360. It had become mainstream.
