Xbox live promo for gift card

I renewed my xbox live with a pre paid 3 month gold card. I did it on my xbox one through the promo to get a $15 gift card once I renewed the gold. I wanted to get a game that comes out tomorrow with the gift card but I still have not received the code.
Can you find out why I haven't received the code?

$5 Promo Gift Card For $15 Xbox Gift Card Purchase

I purchased ten (10) $15 dollar Xbox gift cards from Best Buy 5/24/2014. I was given one (1) receipt and uploaded the receipt showing ALL ten (10) $15 Xbox gift cards totaling $150, which can be see in the upload. This morning I only received one (1) $5
promo code. I should have received ten (10) $5 promo code since you can visual see the ten $15 Xbox gift cards.

How do i go about getting this corrected?

By corrected, I mean getting the additional nine (9) $5 promo codes for the nine (9) other $15 Xbox Live cards.

Where you used a pre paid card to renew you won't get the free gift card. you had to renew during the promo period on the xbox dashboard via xbox live buy selecting the promo ad and so on buying the renewal online.

 

Okay I'm sorry if you misunderstood my first post, but I renewed my gold through my xbox one dashboard in June through the promotion that offered a $15 gift card, It gave me the option of entering my 25 digit code from a pre paid card to complete the promotion
and another representative told me that I should be receiving it. I was more concerned on the when at this point, which is why he directed me to this forum.

 

Pre-paid cards are ususally not acceptable for these type of promotions. What you did is redeem a code but the offer is only good for purchasing live. You made the purchase (of the code) at an earlier time from some other retailer and when you redeem the
code it is not counted as a purchase. Sorry.

 

I have had xbox live for 9 years, I really do understand how this works. There was an option on my promotion to allow me to enter my 25 digit code to renew my gold account. I've talked to a rep and was informed that it would probably take another week.

 

Anytime you go to get gold it will give you the option of entering a prepaid code. It's just the way the system is set up. If you read the fine print of the offer though, it most likely stated that it had to be purchased through the dashboard offer and
not valid for "prior" purchases. Redeeming a code is not a purchase. When you purchased the code, it was sometime prior to when you redeemed it.

 

Hi I was waiting for a 50 dollar promo code but I didn't get it
