Xbox live promo 15 dollar credit

I got the one year promo that gets you 15 dollars in credit on Xbox live and called a week later to find out why I didn't get the credit yet. They said to contact someone from Xbox live rewards yet there's no contact info there and yestersay I got a message
saying I got a 5 dollar promo for joining Xbox live even though I bought a year of gold. Still haven't gotten the 15 on my account.

I have not received my $ 15 dollar promotional credit as I have already pre ordered 4 games 3 of witch have been released and the orders completed . promo states that I will get a $ 15 credit back after 3 pre orders on select games witch I have done .

Yea I bought 12 months of Xbox live gold today, and I thought I was going to receive the money immediately. The promotion is very vague.

I also purchased a year of Xbox Live Gold Membership on 7/05/15, and 8 days later i still have not received my credits. I was planning on using it to change my Gamertag but I have yet to receive my credits. Please help!
