Xbox Live Progression Carry Over

So it turns out Call of Duty: Black Ops and Halo Reach are going to be backward compatible. I'm happy to see two of my favorite games get backwards compatible. But I have to know If the Xbox Live progress gets carried over to Xbox One. For Halo Reach, I'm
at brigadier gen. Which takes forever to get there. I don't want to grind my way back to brigadier again. Same with my prestige lvl on Call of Duty.

My XBL subscription just ended and I would usually have bought it again already, but I can't see myself paying for the 12 month subscription if the new consoles are 6 months away. I only buy the 12 month subscription because it is cheaper per month ($5 per
month) than the others. My question is if I buy the 12 month card, then buy the new console this holiday season; will my 12 months carry over to the new console's Live service. I want my 12 month subscription to play games until the Fall semester, but wont
pay $60 for just 6 months of service on a soon to be outdated console.

if you have your save files to upload to the cloud you should be fine. but, if you don't have your 360 anymore to do that with you'll probably have to start over.

If your saves are in the cloud, or you can move them over to the cloud via a 360, then your progress SHOULD carry over, provided when those titles are on BC that they work with cloud saves, There have been some titles so far that do not

Hi there, your achievements and campaign progress will not carry over as they are separate from your Xbox One game and don't transfer. However, your multiplayer progress and rank will carry over and work simultaneously for both platforms.
