Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now.

My issue started with being unable to sign into Xbox live despite there being no network problems in the network test so I tried deleting profile and redownloading it. I can't download it. I get the Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now message
and an error code "80072EFE" which according to the support on this site is an Xbox one error code to do with updates and nothing to do with downloading a profile on a 360. This started yesterday and now a full day after I came a across this error it is still
there and it's obvious I'm not the only person with this problem.

Deleted my profile and now I can't download it. Xbox live says "Xbox live profile can't be downloaded right now, try again later." 80151103

 

I can connect to xbox live, however....

Now I can't download my profile back on. It says sorry, xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now try again later 8007045D

 

Welcome to the problmes we have been having for days now. Still trying to get a fix or a response from MS regarding this issue.

Only thing i can suggest it to phone them up and hope they push this issue to the top of the list to get fixed asap.

Ive had the same problem now for 3 days. Others have had it for longer

 

The weird thing is that my son and wife both have profiles and on a different xbox and theirs still works just fine. I went to my sons xbox and tried to recover my profile on his and it gets the same error code as I get on my xbox.

Why do I have the feeling this won't be able to be fixed?

 

I have had same feeling ever since they are being so quiet about it.

My last resort I am going to keep spamming their twitter page until somebody acknowledges this as a major issue
