Xbox live profile signin fails

I've tried text twice and call 1 time with same message. What should I do?

When i login to the xbox live home page i see an unrelated profile.

Got new xbox, headset doesn't auto-assign?

Not sure what turtles beaches have anything to do with this, but yet. Sign-in to your gamertag of choice and you can mannually assign that profile to auto-signin. Not sure where it is located exactly, but it is either from the option on your profile directly, or in the system settings somewhere.

Error Code 8015190A

This worked for me after 5 frustrating days. Turn off your xbox. Go to
live.xbox.com/.../Signin on your desktop or laptop. Sign in with your email and password. Browse through your profile and stuff but don't change anything. Then sign out, and turn on the xbox and try again. Worked for me, and the kid on youtube who posted
the solution. I think signing in on the pc refreshes your profile on the xbox live system and clears it up. Anyways, hope this helps.
