    So I was trying to replay TWD season 1 and ran into the account self sign out glitch, and deleted my profile as advised in TWD forums. Tried to download it, and forgot my password. Gave my account a new password on Xbox.com, and then my account ceased
    to exist. Both my xbox and xbox.com said that there was no account associated with my email, and had me create a new account. I even was able to get back my old Gamertag. How *** am I if I want to actually get my old account back?

    valid. You can even log into both a 360 and a Xbox One at the same time.

    HD-DVD died in 2008!! All manufacturing of players and discs ceased that year. Why would the Xbox One support a format that no longer exists???

    Hello, Fluffanutter123.

    First off it's probably not best to swear on the forums as it doesn't solve anything regardless.

    If you have forgot your e-mail address then your best option would to ring up Xbox Support on the phone. Quote to them your Gamertag you want them to load up. They will then send a verification code to your chosen method whether it be SMS/Call or alternative
    e-mail address, something which I'm pretty sure you cannot have forgot. Once you have given them your verification code they will have full access to your account and should be able to quote to you your registered E-Mail address associated withh your account.

    For the United Kingdom:

    I am pretty certain this will resolve your problm, and should you have any further problems please post back or visit

  5. Sorry, if I didn't make this clear, I have the right email, I have emails from xbox telling my my gold membership is renewed and other account updates.

    Thank you for replying to my post, although my advice will remain the same. No one on these forums will have the ability to correct accounts. Your best bet will be to contactXbox Customer Support and have this issue brought to the attention of higher support
    (Tier 3) Who can look into account errors/problems and find a resolution to the problem. The agents on chat will provide you with your Reference number and a possible time-frame for the resolution or reply from the department that will be working to solve
    your problem.
