Xbox live profile causing game to freeze upon "play game" selection

I'm having the same issue now. Deleted profile, cleared the cache, rebooted the system, and started downloading my profile and BOOM there's the error code 8015000A. Before this error I could sign in onto Xbox live, have a fully functional dashboard, go to
recent games and select any game. Upon disc/hard drive game loading, I get disconnected from Xbox live. Very frustrating cause I just dumped $60 on a game

do your games freeze during actual game play? or upon loading?

I've attempted to go through the troubleshooting tips provided and no luck. It seems between the two of us trying to play GoW2, my account is the one that causes the game to freeze and crash. My partner would successfully sign in and was able to navigate
the game, etc. We uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted my profile and redownloaded it from scratch. As soon as it finished downloading my profile the game crashed. I would even be fine playing co-op campaign as just a Guest but the game won't allow
it - it requires a signed in Xbox Live account.

Any chance of a patch being released to fix this issue? I know it's an older game at this point and it seems that this issue existed even upon its time of release, but since Microsoft has the rights to the series surely some sort of patch would be viable?

I downloaded some games and xbox live went down and now they say corrupted an I re downloaded and now they don't play right and they cause my system to constantly freeze while playing them

In the Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One, open the Xbox guide by pressing the View button and Menu button at the same time.

Launch the backward compatible game.

Press the View and Menu button simultaneously.

Select Manage storage from Settings.

Select the profiles folder.

Choose your Gamertag and select Delete Profile Only (do not select profile and items)

Press the View and Menu buttons simultaneously to pull up the guide again.

Select Download profile and continue to recover the account.
