Xbox live profile cant download? I promise you Im extremely pissed off....

I just got another XBOX 360 for my wife. After formatting the hard drive and trying to get signed onto my xbox live account it just wont allow it.

Not my live account...

Not Her Live account...

And wont allow me to do a new account either....

HOWEVER it says its CONNECTED to Xbox Live and all your advertising BS is there.....IE works and so does BING

I've been using my xbox one without troubles....after struggling with this BS for hours of going back and forth on my computer and 360...I turned on my XBOX One and it signed in no problem.

Now.....everytime I get a new Microsoft product its a cluster f***....EVERY time. Frankly Im tired of it....Im tired of your costs....Im tired of your user restrictions (on products I OWN), Im tired of your products fail rates....and your bullsh** excuses.

I want this fixed....I tried calling....some Indian guy answered the phone and did absolutely nothing as usual everytime I call your service.

Heres what I've done already...

Verified my Live account was paid in full (of course it is....Microsofts QUICK to take my money and leave me with crap service)

Verified my 360 S was connected to Live and not "banned" (heaven forbid somebody fix an overheated product they own)

Verified my internet is working properly by doing speed tests

Restarted my router

Tried another internet connection

Cleaned the hard drives cache

Formatted the Hard drive again

Removed the hard drive, and used a flash drive instead

tried a different Live account

Tried to make a new Live account (Now my console told me I cant give you more money...Im sure THAT'LL get some attention)

Tried disconnecting power

Tried hard reset

Verified I dont have a "product limit" under my Microsoft account (**** kind of BS is that anyway?? Its like youre telling people to quit buying from you)

NOTHING works!!! XBOX Live says its running with no problems.

But everytime I try to sign in.....It says this....

Sorry, Xbox LIVE Profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

^^^^^^Whats better about that? Theres no error code that your "error code search" on this site will recognize!!! it just says "0". Thats it.....0

FIX this....

Hi

I want my Xbox One console banned, locked or whatever you can do, It got stolen 2 nights ago. I called your Support Service and they didnt do a thing, simply logging off my live account is lame.

Ive always bought your original games cause the Xbox Team had plenty of time to upgrade your software to read original games only and prevent piracy and Its not fair that, I, who paid 8,000 mexican pesos for it in a Walmart store, cant get any satisfaction
from your team's work.

Why should i buy your console again, if theres no single effort from you to aid me?

Locking a console is so simple now that you "upgraded" the software to require internet sometimes to use the console properly. I expect the Xbox One Team to do something about it or i swear i'll never use at Microsoft's products ever again for generations.

clearing your cache, then
downloading your profile.

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox 360 console and please provide the following information.

How to run the test.

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select
   System Settings.
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select the name of your wired or wireless network (if applicable).
4. Select Network Statistics.

Please provide this information/results

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!
