    Xbox live problems


    Hello I speak english a low but I try to explain the best : I have several problems with my xbox live accont first I cant see my achievement in category achivement it's says this person has not yet played (since more than a week) . Second problem my age
    of xbox live is blocked on 3 years for an account create in 2009 july-august having always delivered xbox live when it was finished I don't understand. Thanks for reading me Xbox live problems :)

    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    Same here. Started yesterday evening. I've tried a hard reset, but that did nothing.

    Also same problem! Didn't see this post yet. Same deal. Works when I snap the achievements app, but not the actual profile. Also same deal with Windows 10 xbox app. Doesn't show any achievements listed.

    I have do the update and now I can see my achivements. Very goog update for profil page. Thanks MS.

    Xbox live problems

    Glad to hear the issue has been resolved FlukierKey L636.

    If anyone else in this thread is still having trouble please attempt a power cycle by holding down the Xbox button for 8-10 seconds and then power your console back on. If you still have issues after power cycling your console please create a new thread
    detailing your issue. Thanks!

    It sounds like you need to promote your child account to an adult account. Here's our guide on how to do that:

    support.xbox.com/.../online-safety    .

    If you need help remembering the account name/password for the parent account, you can use the

    xbox.com/forgot     site to try to recover forgotten information.

    Unban The Word FALL Please.

    It tells me NOT ALOWED ON XBOX LIVE. The word FALL is BANNED from XBOX LIVE. How is something banned from XBOX LIVE not XBOX LIVES problem? As I said its a Microsoft Problem and they have to fix it.
