Xbox Live problems.

I've been having this problem for the passed several days, just like other people that have posted.

When I turn on my xbox, I try to sign in to my gamer profile, but it takes longer than usual. Everything seems fine, until I try to play a game that has online multiplayer.

I cant join any matches, or find any players. My nat is open. I have literally tried every help suggestion that people have posted, and the ones listed on the xbox website.

When I tried seeing if I had a bad network connection, I turned on 3 other devices connected to the same network, and all of them worked fine. My router and modem are not the problems, so don't mention them.

I tried testing my xbox live connection and I signed out of my profile, and ran the test. It failed on the Internet part. However, everything is normal if I sign in to my profile, and I have everything on my dashboard pop up fine, the games run, but when
I try multiplayer, I cant join a match or find players.

Im seeing a number of other posts similar to this, so I assure you, that It is completely on Microsoft's part. Please be quick to address this issue. Thank you.

Also, I see on the service status page that theres a problem with smartglass, could this be the reason?

I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.
