    I had a 3 month Xbox live pass which i used and expired yesterday. so today i tried using a free trial of Xbox live that comes with the games, i typed it in and it keeps coming up with the fact that i apparently already have Xbox live. however when i go
    onto the games and try it, it says my Xbox live gold doesn't allow me to do this. i have been onto my Microsoft account and yet it says that the Xbox live gold did expire yesterday.

    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    Hi, I am having a similar issue! My gold account ran out yesterday so I put on the new code. But now its telling me that my account doesn't allow online access! Even though I am using the same account as before.

    It sounds like you need to promote your child account to an adult account. Here's our guide on how to do that:

    support.xbox.com/.../online-safety    .

    If you need help remembering the account name/password for the parent account, you can use the

    xbox.com/forgot     site to try to recover forgotten information.

    Unban The Word FALL Please.

    It tells me NOT ALOWED ON XBOX LIVE. The word FALL is BANNED from XBOX LIVE. How is something banned from XBOX LIVE not XBOX LIVES problem? As I said its a Microsoft Problem and they have to fix it.
