Xbox live problems!!!!

Im beyond livid rightnow. Ive had the same account since i was in highschool and im 30 now! I always remember my 360 saving my password. The last time i remember having to use a password was when i got my xbox one. I filled out the form and yall said it
wasnt good enough! I had a kid and quit playing for a while and now i try to come back im blocked from my account. Im about to trash my two 360’s and my xbox one! Ive been loyal to the xbox, but this is pushing me!

I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

If you go to account.live.com/acsr and fill the form out if you do not have access to any of the security proofs then once you receive an email from the account recovery team saying you didnt provide them with enough information you can then contact xbox
support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and they can then escalate the case up to the escalations team as long as you have access to a console that the profile was on previously and some information about the account and that console they will send
it up to the escalations team and if you provide them with enough info about the account they will send you a link to reset your password.

If you do not have access to a console that the profile was on previously then you would just have to continue filling the form out with as much information about the account as you can remember.
