xbox live problems both xbox 360 and xbox one

Things you have tried: UpnP (On and Off), Checked firmware, port forwarding, pretty much everything

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? no NAT error and it doesn't show my NAT type

Any Error Codes you encounter: can't access teredo ip address

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): comcast xfinity

i know that there are known issues and i've tried everything i can think of and find scouring the web and calling tech support so far nothing has changed

360 and One on same gold account

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?


WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

 

USA Las Vegas. I cant play anything for over 2 days. There is a service alert regarding playing/connecting online games. I was told by XB1 support yesterday they are working on it and would be fixed in 2 hours. however today still nothing, but atleast they
are aware and im glad I didn't do anything drastic...uninstall etc.
