Xbox Live Problems at a certain time

Hello

I'm from germany and I have the following problem:

As you can read out of the topic I have problems at a certain time because when I play Xbox One with friends in the morning up to 5 or 6pm everithing is fine but about that time the problems starts even my Nat is open and all of the Ports you need to open
are open too but from 6pm onwards till midnight I cant chat with my friends proberly in partys or can even play with them even though they have also an open nat type and everything looks fine(uo-rate is enough, down rate is enough, everything is ok).

And yes I tried to restart my console and my router and both of them works fine and on the PC I dont have any connection problems at these times so what can I do?

Ok sometimes a restart of the console works but only for a short amount of time like 15 minutes.

Service issues

It may be possible that certain Xbox Live features may be unavailable at certain times. These problems come from Microsoft's end. The only thing you can do is wait.

Thankfully, it is possible that the unavailable services do not concern you or what you want to do on Xbox Live, meaning that you may still able to use it without problems. You can see the list of current errors at support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

 

Xbox 360 region change help please.

If you migrate to another Xbox Live Region it only affects the account, not the Xbox.

However, it is recommended that your Account Region match your Physical Location at all times, because having a mismatch can cause problems with accessing certain services and downloading certain types of content.
