Xbox live problem

Hey, I'm a French member. I have a problem with the xbox live subscription. I recently purchased a 12 month code and my subscription would end in November 2018. But for a few days I have a message from microsoft asking me to update my payment options (because
I have withdrawn my subscription which Is renewed every 3 months at the same time, you can understand why). There is something to be done or I leave it there?

I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

Sorry to hear about the subscription troubles. If you recently purchased an Xbox Live pre-paid code, you shouldn't need to update your payment option for your current subscription. Have you removed the payment method you use for that 3-month subscription? Once
your 3-month subscription ends, your 12 month should automatically kick in.

 

Hey, thanks for your answer. I delete my subscription 3 months after buying this code since otherwise I will continue to pay €20 per month. The renewal of 3 months is done, I delete at this time the. In other words, at the end of these 3 months (and it should
not be long since I get messages to refresh my subscription), the code should start. My question was whether I had to worry about the Xbox Live messages I was getting, if I had a manipulation to do.
