xbox live problem

Hi

I am French and I speak very bad English.

I play on Xbox live for 10 years.

There are about 6 years old I started to have some delay compared to my opponents.

Over time it is getting worse.

I have all the time between 1-2 seconds late, or worse .....

It's unbearable, I want to play, but I can not play without poking tantrums.

I play on Xbox 360 for Xbox One is even worse.

My nats is open, I changed 3 times of operators..........it's always the same !

Done something I can not stand.

Give me a service at the height of what I pay.

The Americans and the British have so much ahead of me when I shoot 5 strokes to end with, not only I may not kill my enemies .....and when I look at the killcam I have not even fired, or so it looks like an idiot who did not see his opponent while I fired
immediately after seeing it.

And it's almost all the time like that.

Xbox Live is a shameful masquerade.

Even if you are a good player in such circumstances you can not do anything.

I rage and I cursed you with your pitiful network.

Do something for me please that hard for too long...........................................................

I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues. Does this happen with other games or just one in particular? Have you already reset your Xbox 360 console and the modem it connects to? We also highly recommend that you go through the

Xbox 360 Slow Performance Solution troubleshooter guide.

Please let us know how it goes after working through all of that!

 

There are several ways to speed up your console, however, this sounds like an issue with your home network or internet service.

I would start by speed testing your connection on a PC or device... And go from there.

It might also be as simple as clearing the cache on your console. Could also be the age of your console, I had to replace my S with an E because of performance issues that I could not resolve.

 

I have had connection issues in the past with my 360, opening the correct ports on my router never seemed to help either, one thing that did help me was placing my xbox 360 into the DMZ of my router. You may consider trying this, as every router is different
I would suggest reading the manual on your router in order to access it's interface and go from there. Also making sure your router has up to date software. If you are not using a router then I doubt this would help much and I would highly recommend you
go through the troubleshooter suggested by Miss G there. Hopefully something will get you up to speed =)

 

Some routers require an Xbox Live exemption to be selected as well
