XBOX - Live problem

Hello

The 13 year old autistic son of my girlfriend has an xbox live account with the gamertag name master duke 509

Unfortunately whilst setting up this account the ex-husband of my girlfriend put his hotmail adres as the login email account. He now changed the password of this emailadres and thus is the boy no longer able to login. Is there anyway we can change this
situation for him and change the xbox live account with the gamertag master duke 509 to another mail address without being able to login? Is there anybody to approach (the ex-husband is not willing to corporate).

For him to be able to play we bought a new xbox live account with the name , but he is missing his achievements and gamescores

I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

in order to switch an xbox live account to a different Microsoft Account, you will need the password etc for that account, I'm afraid there is no other way to move an xbox live account to a different Microsoft Account.

Since probably all information on the Microsoft Account is related to the ex-husband the xbox live account is basically considered his, as far as I know there is nothing that can be done.

Thank you for the quick response. I was afraid of something like this already. Anither question in the same line then. As we have bought for him a new account, we still have al the DLC's still stored on the storage of the xbox. I assume these are bought
by him and the DLC's can be connected to the new accound or do we need also to re-buy all the DLC's?

 

Can we switch the DLC's to the other account?

I'm afraid it isn't possible to move any purchase from one xbox live account to another.

As long as the licenses are on the console, any other profile should be able to use the content
