    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    Also, please ensure that you are typing the code in correctly. Be aware that sometimes B can be mistaken for 8 and O for 0.

    An invalid code can mean many things from not being activated at the store to being a code for a different region than you live in.

    Finally, if you could please enter the code on your console and then post back here with any 8 digit error code you may receive that would be appreciated as that will help us figure out the issue.

    I think you should call the store where you bought it, Onix could be right about it's not activated by the merchant.

    If you need help remembering the account name/password for the parent account, you can use the

    xbox.com/forgot     site to try to recover forgotten information.

    It tells me NOT ALOWED ON XBOX LIVE. The word FALL is BANNED from XBOX LIVE. How is something banned from XBOX LIVE not XBOX LIVES problem? As I said its a Microsoft Problem and they have to fix it.
