XBOX Live problem

Hello, I've got a serious problem with xbox live gold, because very unpleasant situation has happened to me. I've bought a subscription extension for 12 months, but I've accidentally activated that on a wrong account. It happened back on 14th of March 2018,
but I've found it out today, because my subscription has ended and wasn't renewed. Back then, on 14th of March, I was playing FIFA with my friend, on my xbox one console, but on his account. We were logged in on both of our accounts at the same time on my
console, but the primary account at the moment was his, which was the problem I didn't realize and while we had a break, I put in the licence code, so instead of extending xbox live gold subscription on my own account, I accidentally bought a subscription
for his account. Is there any possibility of transfering the xbox live gold subscription from his account onto my account? From our side, there is no problem with him somehow confirming the transfer.

I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

You (and possibly your friend) would need to contact support to see if they can cancel the subscription and give you a code to redeem it on the correct account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
Contact Us | Xbox Support Otherwise, nothing can be transferred between accounts.

 

Thanks for your advice, it is exactly what we have done and it worked, they canceled the subscription on one account and gave me new code for 12 months. We have done it through the live chat support and it is perfect, I can only recommend this kind of support.
