Xbox live problem... VERY BIG

I contacted two of your employees chat and none have been sorting the problem and I'm a little *** ...

Has anyone migrated my account from Spain to Portugal (I'm from Spain) and now will not let pass me back to Spain.

I get all my console to boot portugues and I redeemed a code 10 eurps and Spain to be NOT LET ME BUY THIS GAME I WANT, NOT LET ME USE MY MONEY.

I think a real injustice. I left some money on the console, in the gold, and the money for my game and I can not use it!

I need a solution NOW ... resetead my time migration or whatever please.

Sorry, but it warns you before the migration takes place that you cannot migrate your account for another 3 months. You will have to wait for the 3 months to end before you can migrate back. It also warns you that the money in your account does not move
with the migration. You will not be able to use the money until you can migrate back.

 

But I DON'T migrat the account, someone hack my account.

It isn't my mistake.. and i want my money.

 

If your account was compromised you would need to contact phone support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. If they discover that your account was out of your control, then they may be able to fix it.
