Xbox Live problem on Xbox One

Hello,

I have an Xbox One S on which I have four accounts setup (2 parent and 2 child all configured in my Microsoft Family settings).

Usually I don't have any problems logging in and playing games, however I recently thought I'd try and play Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed. My kids had been playing it on their accounts (and still can) but when I try and start the game after it has
loaded it tells me I am unable to connect to Xbox Live on this console. When I scroll down the list of user profiles to log in with there is a 'Download Profile' option. When I choose this option I provide my xbox.com login details and it downloads a profile.

The problem is that the profile it downloads isn't my current Xbox gamertag, it is actually an old one which I vaguely remember setting up but I can't see it when I log into my account management pages on the website. Also, when I try to play the game with
the old gamertag I get another Xbox Live error and that profile is no longer available to select.

I have tried deleting the cached data several times and hard resetting the Xbox but the same thing keeps happening. I have even deleted my main Xbox account from the console and re-adding it but no joy.

In essence I think I somehow have two gamertags linked to my email address and I need to find a way to remove the old one but I can't see anyway of doing so.

Any ideas?

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work
