Xbox Live Problem On Original Xbox 360

not, what type of connection do you have? Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold Subscription?

Have you tried signing into another account and checking if it shows the same results? Also, try going to Settings, account, download history. There you should be able to redownload any apps you had previously. Try to update the console using an internal
hard drive too.

I did clear the sys cache. I've also tried deleting and re-downloading my profile and it has changed nothing.

My Xbox 360 isn't giving me the option to browse for apps. I followed your instructions and reinstalled the sys updates. Didn't change a thing.
