Xbox Live Preview Program

I got a message from Xbox Live saying that I was accepted into the preview program about a month ago and said that I needed to open the message on my Xbox One which I just got a week ago. How do I go about restoring the message? XGN Voodoo

Ok do you mean you received a msg that you were invited? Usually acceptance msgs comea with the link

If you were just invited by a friend that doesnt mean you were accepted

Just invited by your friend and currently the program is full and they arent accepting anymore

Last month they reducex the amount of people they were accepting

 

You need to have a console in order to accept the one preview

Because the invite registers your console

If you mean you accepted an invite into the preview from your 360 those programs are completely different

Would mean you were in the 360 program

 

From the sounds of your post you were actually just invited

In order to receive an invite by your friend you need a one console thats why it asked you to sign in using the one at stage 1 because thats when you register your console

Once you accept the invite you would go onto the waiting list for acceptance at stage 2

There is no more acceptance for the preview

 

Fyi thats why people say when they accept the invite that they get the error that it is already registered under another profile

The console is registered then during the invite

 

I mean that I got the message from Xbox Live on my 360 and it said that I had to open the message on my Xbox One. The message has since been deleted due to the fact that I did not have an Xbox One at the time.

 

I got the invite message about 6-8 weeks ago on my 360. I just want to know if I can get that message restored so I can take the next step on my Xbox One.

 

Aya that would be the inital invite not the acceptance

You are going to have to wait

 

Youbwill have to ask another friend to invite you whoever did it last time

But there isnt any more invite waves till whenever thry have room which is going to be awhile with the current waiting list
