Xbox Live Preview Program Update(4/21/15)

I updated my xbox 360 console yesterday and haven't been able to connect to xbox live since yesterday, they update says its unavailable until further notice please help me!? I also signed up for the Xbox Live Preview Program fyi

Charged twice

i was charged twice on my visa card once on the 4/15 and other on 4/21 for xbox live what is for and how do i stop it

 

I've had this same issue. I've turned my 360 off and on, and it somewhat fixed it. However, I cannot access my games, friends list, anything really, but I'm connected to Xbox Live.

I'm a preview gamer and The update failed and I can't access any of my pins or apps when the update does work. I talked to a technician for an hour and nothing worked. I started getting status code 8015000a-00000000-00000000 last night and it progressively
got worse when we tried to fix it. Tested the connection 5 times then cleared the cache 3 then a reboot didn't work. Gone through everything we knew to trouble shoot it and nothing worked. I just want to play assassins creed IV black flag. Ha

 

If the game was recently downloaded or played then press the Guide button, scroll left and select Recent to access it.

ok why does the Forum say page not found. I am a previem member. I have the preview tab on my dashboard. But cant access the Forum. How are we suppose to test and tell them our findings

 

Maybe I'm just lucky, but my xbox hasn't had any issues with this update preview. It's a really old console that still has the "20" gig hard drive it came with. I've noticed very little to no actual change so far.
