Xbox live preview program problems

Cant see my friends on friends list doesnt even show name or if they are offline. Snapping removes text from certain things. Hulu is unusable closes every time i want to play something. I cant even play any games I have they either stay frozen on the startup
screen or dont start at all. I already checked my internet connection and the problem is not from my side. The xbox store and items dont even pop up anymore. I signed out and signed back in multiple times same thing happens. Already reset my xbox by holding
the power button still same results. I was using the preview dashboard for like a week with little problems/ bugs but this wow. I know its a early build of the new dashboard but basically I have an Xbox one that i cant use and probably wont be able to use
until you guys release the actual update to the public. Furthermore I know you warned the preview guys about bugs and glitches in the update but not to the point i cant do anything with my xbox. Worst experience I have ever had with you guys been a loyal
customer since the original xbox. Hope you guys will fix this and thanks.

Xbox Live Preview Program Problems

I find it very dumb how on the preview that your account has to be an adult and that you can't change a child account to an adult (unless Im stupid and don't know how to lol) like its only a program not like your applying for a job. I really wish xbox would
fix that so people who have a child account can access it to or at least if you have an adult account connected to the child that it can use the program to and use the features.

You can always opt out of the preview if you don't want to be in it anymore, but it's best to keep preview related issues on the preview forums since it can't be troubleshooted with the available supportpages at the moment.

If you don't happen to have access to that forum then please post here forums.xbox.com/.../4268.aspx

And state that you are in the Xbox Preview but that you're unable to access the private forums and would like to request access.
