Xbox Live Preview Member Issue

Hi there. I got invited into the xbox preview program a few months ago and I wasn't able to accept the invite right away. When I finally had a chance to it wasn't in my messages anymore. I talked to customer support online chat and they told me to contact
someone here. They said on their end I am in the preview program but it won;t let me access the group forum. I've tried to have my friend's invite me again and I can't seem to get another invite. Can someone please help?

Same issue for me. Don't really want to factory reset and power cycle doesn't solve it. Also, the private link posted above doesn't work........

Hi Mikey,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
