    hi im wondering if someone could help me,i have been trying to activate my partners prepayed xbox live code on microsoft.com/redeem i keep getting error, so i looked on his subscriptions to see that he needs to pay 12.00 to restore his live, as iv just payed
    40pounds for 12months im not really willing to pay another 12.00 when he has the 12months one. is there any way around this situation please. thanks in advance.

    Prepayed Xbox Live code accepted but it wouldn't let me play online

    I brought my xbox one from France to Canada where I live now. Sunday I brought a prepayed Xbox Live code and after making a new account I entered the code to get a 3 months subscription to xbox live gold. The code seemed to work and I got no error message.
    So for so good. Then I launched Overwatch and at the "connecting to xbox live" I always get send to the "buy an subscription" saying I have no xbox live on this account. But when I go to my settings/subscription it says I have 3 months prepayed xbox live gold
    ... Is this a system problem or a game problem or did I do something wrong ?

    Code 80153021 billing account locked.

    Hello I have a problem when i try to purchase something on Xbox Live or use a prepayed card. A message saying that my billing account is locked and does not accept any purchase. There is this error code: 80153021 What can I do?

    Unfortunately he has to pay the outstanding balance before the code can be added to the account. The balance cannot be paid with a subscription code.

    you cant as it will need to auto renew at the end of that trial unless you cancel, if you want live then use prepay xbox live cards for convenience.
