Xbox live prepaid codes not working

Hi

I redeemed five R 100 xbox live vouchers from Legacy Lifestyle (legacylifestyle.co.za).

Only 2 of the 5 codes work; the other 3 codes say they have already been used.

I'm extremely upset that this has happened.

Perhaps microsoft can check my account history and see that I haven't redeemed the other codes, and provide any solutions?

Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

Not sure how in 2016, you don't use debit or credit cards but that's just me.

Anyway, could someone else confirm if using prepaid VISAs work or not? You could always go to gamestop or bestbuy, use your prepaid VISA card on a subscription xbox live card. That should work. Perhaps order a digital code on amazon with your prepaid VISA. I'm pretty sure they accept it.

I have used prepaid visa/mastercards in the past and they have worked. I never tried for a gold sub though because I would never pay full retail price for a gold sub

Unfortunately if the codes have already been used we aren't able to provide you with new codes. We recommend reaching out to the retailer who provided you with the codes in regard to them being used.

Now i got the same problem with a prepaid 3 month xbox live code...

which i bought from a shop in romania, it was a prepaid code which includes a weapon skin for the division, and the code for the skin worked but the other one for xbox live didn't.....

It is possible to use prepay codes on Xbox for things such games, store credit and Xbox live gold without the need to register a credit card.
