Xbox live policy enforcement team members

Yeah I don't need the rules and everything I need someone that can fix this because Xbox enforcement team seems to not care for its users.

Only a member of the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team can fix this.

As further clarification, "bots" do not suspend users on Xbox Live. They may identify potential problems, but a member of the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET) is the one that decides if a suspension is warranted.

As dizzyrussell stated this needs to be discussed on forum #13. There you will receive assistance from an Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team Member, support agents can't view or give information on enforcements enacted on an account.
