Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement - Suspension

Hi,

So I have had my Xbox account for over 7 years with no issues then out of the blue I received a 14 day suspension on my account. There was only a general description in regards to the reason for the suspension so I opened a case review to inquire more about
the suspension. I have children who use my account so I wanted to learn why my account was suspended. Once the enforcement team responded back they provided more information for the reason why the account was suspended and immediately upheld the suspension
without giving me the opportunity to engage in a chat/conversation.

My understanding is that there is no way to contact the enforcement team or even rebut an enforcement after it has been upheld. I have an issue with the fact that I was not even able to explain/elaborate on my situation to even have a fair chance to have
the suspension lifted. I expect to receive some level of support and assistance especially for a service that I have paid for several years with no violations/issues.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you've gotten some sort of restrictions placed on your account is that correct? Did you receive an Xbox Live Policy Enforcement team action or suspension? Or is this an in
game suspension from the game itself? If it is Xbox Live related you're only option will be to go to
Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team Site there you can find more information about he suspension as well as an possibility to set up a Case Review from your "Enforcement History".

Hi Logic,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. Enforcement
will not give out details of any suspension/ban. This is to prevent retaliation.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

Thanks for the reply. No one is able to contact enforcement, not even support. They used to have a way of contacting them in the past. They got so much grief and such they stopped all forms of communication, except a case review. They will not provide details
except for a communication ban or whatever type of ban. as there is nothing more we can do, I will be locking this thread.

That definitely would make sense, but in all my contacts with support, they all said that they did not have the ability to contact enforcement. So they were either lying to me or just did not want to assist me.

Yes, I understand that and I am very familiar with the process now. However, there is no longer an ability for me to reach the enforcement team since my case is closed and you are not able to reopen cases. I would love to open a case review and actually
be able to attempt to come up with a better solution to my situation, but that seems impossible.
