Xbox Live points from 2011 won't redeem

Hi,

I've got 4 cards of 1500 points from 2011 i'm trying to redeem,

I go to Sign in to your Microsoft account

Type in the code and it says

Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

Redeem:

Office 365 for Business

Other Office products

Xbox (https://account.xbox.com/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode?doRedeem=0&token=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX...

I click xbox and it says

USE PREPAID CODE
1500 Points via Prepaid token

Prepaid code

When you redeem the code, we’ll fund your Microsoft account in your local currency. Your account and everything sold in the Xbox stores will use this local currency. Subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement and xbox.com/usagerules. There are no refunds.

I click confirm and it says

Something went wrong
Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.

I chatted with support who verified the codes were valid, and matched my region, tried a different link with same results.

Support said to post here for assistance.

How can you determine where gifted points went

Here is what you required. I will be away now for two weeks but i can receive emails have access to internet on my phone if you have any ideas. Xbox live takes 3weeks.

Xbox live points

My xbox live card won't redeem keeps saying "Can't redeem from this location"

 

Since that is not a Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. The Microsoft point system ended in 2013 so at this point the cards have most likely expired.
